The objective of the AW3i Mentoring Academy (International), is to Support, Guide and Inspire young people (aged typically 21-25), by connecting them with a mentor (typically aged 35-45), that has a good level of experience and understanding about life. ┬áThe mentee gets the benefit of learning from someone that has ‘been there and done it’, and the mentor gets to give something back – which is a key part of being fulfilled as we get older.

It’s therefore advantageous to try and throw in a few GOOD ones from time to time to compensate for all the bad ones – especially when it comes to health.
