Get out there and feel the wind in your hair and the rain on your back! I spent 8 years in IT sales in London and during that time, I constantly suffered from physical and mental exhaustion to some degree. The nature of the work is that it consumes your every waking and sleeping moment; the target never goes away because you have to constantly build your pipeline up. If at the bottom of the leader board, you have to deal with the stress, panic and apprehension of losing your job, not making any commission, and those difficult conversations with the boss.

Walking is a forgotten art – the simple act of putting one foot in front of the other, whilst swinging our arms from side to side, and not even looking down at the ground but straight ahead and around us, requires co-ordination and balance. It clocks up a surprising amount of calories over time, and improves our digestion and transit time.
